“The noblest art is that of making others happy,” said P.T Barnum. These were the words that ended The Greatest Showman on the big screen.

This film follows the creator of the circus, P.T Barnum on his journey in making everyone around him happy. Barnum is portrayed by Hugh Jackman and his performance is inspirational to all.

The audience sees how Barnum started from nothing but a “million dreams.” His dreams come true, but there are bumps in the road and sometimes flames. He runs into the fire and shows how everyone should be relentless when it’s their dreams on the line.

Viewers also follow the hidden love story of Phillip Carlyle (Zac Efron) and Ann Wheeler (Zendaya). Even though their romance is not respected, they “rewrite the stars” and warm the hearts of everyone’s inner romantic. This interracial relationship is fictional along with the characters themselves, but their love is real and inspiring.

Even though the performers don’t look like the normal folk, they embrace their unique qualities and show how they deserve to be treated like equals.

From the inspirational storyline and impeccable acting to the motivational lyrics and the indelible impression it all leaves, The Greatest Showman truly is amazing.

It shows how dreams really can come true if you work hard enough. The film shows how love and happiness are stronger than hate and enemies.

One of the most important lessons this film teaches is that no one should be afraid to be who they are. Someone will appreciate how they are unique and special. “This is Me” should be everyone’s internal anthem.

The film should be on everyone’s must watch list. If everyone learns from what The Greatest Showman teaches, the world might change for the better. Maybe people will vow to be better individuals “from now on,” just like Barnum.

It is an instant classic for all to enjoy. The story it tells is timeless and all generations can learn from it. Happiness and kindness will “come alive” in the hearts of those who see the film.

Even though this film truly is “the greatest show”, it is “never enough.” People must believe they can actually make a difference and then follow through. Most of all, people must be kind. Maybe all it takes is a walk on a “tightrope” to see “the other side” of thinking.

The Greatest Showman, the entire cast, and everyone who made this inspirational work possible deserve all the stars on the rating scale and more.
